DELIVERY INFORMATION

SHIPPING DAMAGES & RETURNS 

We only send wine within Australia and use Australia Post for our deliveries. If your wine does not arrive within 10 working days of your order being received please email anne@mazza.com.au or call Anne Mazza on mb 0417 258 888.

On the rare occasion that incorrect goods are delivered, shipping damages are incurred or your wine does not arrive in a satisfactory condition please contact Anne Mazza. We will fully refund or replace the bottles concerned, including return shipping costs, providing they are returned unopened within one month of delivery.
