High density crimson with vibrant crimson rim - very youthful. attractive, lifted floral and blueberry aromas with ripe, sweet fruit undertones together with a light savoury, herbal fragrance; medium plus bodied palate with fine, quite chalky tannins and bright acidity to balance the lovely purity of black and blue fruit, aniseed and dark chocolate. Finishes fresh and lively but with lingering, pure, ripe fruit characters. Drinking well now."

Tempranillo is a famous Spanish grape variety that has become very popular in Australia. We have discovered it grows particularly well at our vineyard and in the surrounding Geographe region. We have produced a single varietal Tempranillo every year since 2004.
